We have just had our 3,000th coalition casualty in the war in Afghanistan.
Petty Officer 1st Class Ryan J. Wilson, 26, of Shasta, California, died May 20. He was assigned to U.S. Naval Forces Central Command in Bahrain and was supporting the Afghanistan mission.
You will be working in a group of 4 today and your team will perform 3,000 reps, with only one of you working at a time.
