…A Family-Owned Strength and Conditioning Facility in Denver, Colorado:
FRCF was the first, and is the largest, dedicated, full-time CrossFit facility in the greater Denver area. We affiliated with CrossFit in April of 2006 and we are currently the 55th affiliate. As of January 2012 there are 3000 affiliates world-wide.
…Results:
Front Range Crossfit is not a typical gym—in fact; it’s more like an athletic team. Our workouts are incredibly tough competitive events that require perseverance and endurance. We hold our members to high standards of health and fitness, and in return, they develop into athletes who value discipline and training. Front Range Crossfit is not for everyone. The people who succeed in our program are people who are willing to train hard to achieve life-changing results. Our athlete's accomplishments are available to view here.
…A Community:
Each workout is organized into a team practice. The team will stretch together, warm up together, practice skills and finally workout together. The camaraderie and energy are palpable during the workout. Everyone is genuinely rooting for others to do their absolute best. The group energy enables you to easily find strength in yourself you didn’t know was there. Whatever you can do on your own, you'll do significantly better in this type of atmosphere. Even while you’re doing the most difficult workout you think you have ever done, you’re having fun, working out with a group of people that quickly become your friends.
…World-Class Coaching:
At FRCF you will experience world-class coaching in the Olympic lifts, kettlebell movements, power lifting, basic gymnastics and many different kinds of bodyweight exercises. Our coaches are required to be CrossFit Certified and to continue their education, training and competitive athletic endeavors. Each has also passed the FRCF 76-hour Coaching Development Program. In addition to their ability to teach technical movements, our coaches support, encourage, motivate and challenge you to achieve more than you thought possible physically and mentally. You can read more about our coaches here.
…Our Facility:
