Hello from Boston!
Just wanted to drop a little note to my favorite crossfitters! I really wanted to come by the gym over winter break, but I simply ran out of time :( I did this workout today, and it kicked my butt (to put it lightly.) Thank you so much for posting these workouts, I have been doing them while at school! Can't wait to be back in the gym for summer. With this freezing cold weather out here, it cannot come fast enough :)
