The 2010 Colorado Open is SOLD OUT.
It is mid-August and the Colorado Open is right around the corner. We are holding the 2010 Colorado Open on August 28th and 29th. Individual entries are $65 per athlete. There are 180 individual spots.
Any CrossFitter can register as an individual, be scored as an individual, and compete for the individual title. That CrossFitter can be a member of an Affiliate, workout in their garage, at 24-Hour Fitness, etc. There will be two individual workouts on Saturday and two individual workout on Sunday. For those of you that competed at the 2009 Colorado Open, the individual competition will be very similar to last year’s Open.

Check In: Athletes will be able to check in at FRCF Friday night 8/27/10 from 5pm-8pm. or Saturday morning 8/28/10 from 7am-9am. If you can make it Friday night, please do. Saturday morning will be rushed and crowded.
Schedule:
1. Heat times will be posted by the end of the day Thursday 8/26/10 on the FRCF main page.
2. Sat 8/28/10: 8am Opening address, 9am 1st heat starts.
3. Heat times for Sunday will be posted on the FRCF main page by the end of the day Saturday.
4. Sun 8/29/10: 9am 1st heat starts.

The individual workouts will be able to be scaled for anyone’s ability level.
One thing that is different this year is we are including the potential exercises and the weights that you are going to need to be able to do the workouts as prescribed. Not all of the listed exercises will be used. If you look down the list and there are obvious gaps in your skill set, well you have some time to work on those gaps. The listed weights for the exercises are the max weight that we will ask you to use. The actual weights that we use may be less.
