FRCF Holiday Schedule
On December 31st, we will be open for the 8:00, 9:00 and noon workouts.
We will be closed on New Years Day, January 1st, 2010.
All other workouts will happen as scheduled this week.
2010 reps for time of:
pushup
situp
squat
pullup
box jump
wall ball shots
ball slams
lunge
kettlebell snatch
kettlebell swing
kettlebell jerk
muscle-up
row (calories)
This will be done in teams of two, three or four athletes.
