A HUGE THANK YOU to Skip, Jodi, Brad, the judges, and all the volunteers for putting on such a wonderful event this weekend. I had so much fun, even though I am hobbling around today, which is totally because of this workout. I hope everyone has fun today and I totally recommend doing 40 wall balls straight on the first round!! Woohoo!

What about the second round? Do that one too!

To all at FRCF who helped, thank you for hosting once again a great event! I think the CO Open gets better and better each year! ALso a big thank you to having WOD 6 be the last WOD b/c I'm not sure I would have been able to even do another workout after that one if it wasn't last, hence the ripped hand and not being able to go down stairs today!
