5 deadlifts, 225 lbs (155 lbs)
If you can do HSPUs, please do 10 instead of the pushups.
If you can deadlift more than 375 lbs (275 lbs) please use 275 lbs (185 lbs).
If you can deadlift more than 425 lbs (325 lbs) please use 315 lbs (205 lbs).
