The CrossFit Open is fast approaching. I know that many of you tend to go up in weight or box height on this kind of workout. Today, please do not do that. Just do the workout as prescribed. Let's use this workout to get ready for the kind of light weight, fast workouts that are going to be featured in the CrossFit Open.
