20 Kettlebell swings, 24 kg (16 kg)
The CrossFit Open is fast approaching. I know that many of you tend to go up in weight or box height on this kind of workout. Today, please do not do that. Just do the workout as prescribed. Let's use this workout to get ready for the kind of light weight, fast workouts that are going to be featured in the CrossFit Open.

Jodi & Skip are in San Fran with Colleen where she's lifting in the Junior Nationals tonight. All the more impressive considering the fact that Leenie has had to quickly bounce back after suffering a serious injury two weeks ago at the CO State Meet.
She lifts at 630 Denver time on platform #2. Hopefully you can watch live @
