The Colorado Open registration will open at 9 AM MST. It will be posted on this site, the FRCF Facebook page and the FRCF Event Series. It will sell out in less than 15 minutes. If you are truly interested in competing in this event, please be at your computer at 9 AM.
There is a wait list built into the system this year. If you are not one of the lucky few to get into the event, please follow the instructions to get on the Reg Online waitlist.

There isn't one. Just the one that is built into the Reg Online system. I recieved over one hundred emails last year in about 20 minutes. That's why I built it into the system for this year. If you get on that wait list, we will contact you as we get closer to the event.
And I was wrong about the weight that Shaina was going to power clean yesterday. I said 225. She did 230.

30 pistols, total
20 KB swings, 24 kg (16 kg)
10 hand stand pushups

If you can't do pistols, please do 60 air squats per round. If you can't do HSPU, please do KB presses.
