Workout Specific Warm-up
The Deck of Cards
Take a standard deck of cards. Write one of the exercises listed below at random on the cards. Shuffle the deck. Get a team of three. Person #1 does the first card that is flipped up. Person #2 does the second, person #3 does the third etc. Repeat until the deck is gone. One joker is 100 pullovers, the other joker means you double the next card. (Sometimes that can really be unpleasant.) The number on the card is the number of reps you must perform, face cards are 10 reps and aces are 15 reps.
