Carol's Birthday Workout
As many reps in 8 minutes of:
front squat, 135 lbs (95 lbs)
hand stand pushups
You must do equal numbers of front squats and HSPUs.
If you can front squat more than 300 lbs (200 lbs) please use 185 lbs (125 lbs). If you can't do HSPU, please do kettlebell presses.
