If you want to improve how you look take any FRCF class. If you want get stronger join any FRCF workout. If you want to temper your soul like steel try the Tuesday night rowing workout.
Don’t forget that the Gods long ago gave man rowing so that in the words of the ‘Talking Heads’ man could be taken to the river, washed down, and given the chance to be made right with his maker.
The great news is that if you do check out one of these classes the incomparable Louisa Berky does most of the coaching.
