We stopped listing all of the men that can do a muscle-up. The list was just too long. So just make the assumption that if a male athlete has been working out at FRCF for longer than a couple of months, he can do a muscle-up.
We will continue to list the women and we will list everyone after they can do 5 or 10 consecutive muscle-ups.
