Workouts held in the Gym:
CrossFit = CrossFit Workout-of-the-Day.
Skills = Entry Program for New Members. Introduction to Barbell Skills, CrossFit Movements and the CF Workout of the Day (WOD). For more information on the Skills classes or how to get started, click here.
Workouts held in the Weight Room:
O-Lift = Olympic Weightlifting and Strength Programs. For additional information about our O-Lift program, click here.
Basic Barbell = Development of Basic Barbell Techniques. Athletes learn the skills necessary to transition into our Olympic Weightlifting Program.
Rowing = This is a seasonal class held in the fall to prepare our team to compete at the Mile High Sprints. Athletes learn fundamental rowing techniques that will serve you well, both in a rowing competition, and in your CrossFit workouts. For more information about our Rowing program, Click here.
Gymnastics = Athletes learn basic gymnastics skills: muscle-ups, handstand pushups, hand walking, ring work and some floor skills. There is a basic bodyweight strength requirement to be eligible to participate in these workouts. You can talk to Jodi, Pete or Skip for more details.
Nanny = Experienced Nanny will watch infants to 3-yr-olds.
Kids = Supervised playtime by a CF-Level 1 / CF-Kids Coach for 3 to 9-yr-old children.
Sunday = Closed

Open Gym:
Front Range CrossFit does NOT have open gym hours. All scheduled workouts are coached.
Hours of Operation:
Front Range CrossFit is only open during the workout times listed on the schedule.
