The CrossFit Gym:
In these photos we have set the gym up for 21 athletes to do a barbell/box jump workout. We have the space and the equipment to accomodate up to 36 athletes at a time doing this type of workout. Also in these photos you can see our pull-up system that will allow 36 athletes to do pull-ups at the same time. We have roughly 8500 lbs of weights in this room, with a total of 36 Training Barbells.
The level of experience the FRCF Coaches have is critical to our success as an Affiliate. In addition, FRCF adds additional Coaches to the larger workout sessions. We keep the Coach to athlete ratio to one Coach for every ten athletes in a workout. I hope you will come in and experience our training facility and the level of coaching that we provide.
Kettlebells and Medicine Balls:
Here you can see our collection of medicine balls and Competition Kettlebells. In addition to the equipment shown, you can also see our membership picture board. When you join FRCF, we get an early picture of you and post it on this board.
The Weight Room:
This is the room where you lift lots of heavy things. The CrossFit Gym builds your work capacity. This room makes you strong. We have a total of 12 different lifting platforms in this room. Each has it's own squat stands and a full set of bumper plates. We also have two enclosed squat racks, two sets of jerk boxes ans three sets of pull boxes.
We recently purchased 12 new Concept 2 rowers, bringing us to a total of 15 rowers. Although very few people actually enjoy using them, they are an amazing tool to improve fitness.
